CONDOMINIUM RULES

1) Operation of the Beach Service: 1 umbrella, 1 table and 4 beach chairs. Weekdays: request at the beach concierge. Weekend and holiday: service now available on the beach. Except on cloudy or rainy days, the service is not available.
In addition to the condominiums beach service, we have 2 chairs and 2 umbrellas available in the apartment for you to explore other beaches if you wish.

2) Loud music is not allowed at any time that disturbs the neighbors, under penalty of a condominium fine;

3) To maintain safety, it is not allowed to hang or display objects on the windows and sills of the areas so that they can be seen, or even fall and cause accidents;

4) It is essential to maintain cleanliness and security in the building, therefore it is forbidden to knock tapestries and cloths on the windows, spit, throw papers or other objects in the corridors, stairs and common areas;

5) Any anddamage caused to the building, in its common parts, must be compensated by whoever caused it;

6) It is not allowed to circulate shirtless, bathing suits and other skimpy clothing in common areas of the condominium;

7) If you have taken your pet, constant surveillance is required. Your pet cannot remain in any common area of the condominium. If he is small, he should be carried on his lap. If large, it must be driven by a guide only through the garage. Carry it on the service elevator only.
The same care must be taken with children attimes, and never leave them alone.

8) The use of the Condominium pools is from Tuesday to Sunday and holidays, from 07:00 to 22:00.

9) The sauna and gym can only be used by people over 14 years old, and in the company of their guardian.

10) It is not allowed to leave shoes or other objects in the hall, outside your apartment.

11) Food or drinks are not allowed in the pool area.

12) Smoking is prohibited in any area.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
